REC Emergency Care Series

Course Summary

REC 4 – ‘Basics Done Better’.

This course is designed to build on the skills developed at REC 2/3 Level and is targeted at those taking charge of first aid in remote and wilderness locations and in setting such as centres and camps. The course will also introduce some basic skills around expeditions such as Hygiene, Hydration, Altitude and escort skills

Students must hold a current (in-date) REC 3 cert or have completed the Covid Certificate Extension on www.rec3.ie and be over 18 years of age

This course will be run under the appropriate social distancing guidelines and only if safe to run under the covid guidelines at the time
