REC 3 – Refresher

One day course 

The Rescue Emergency care certification is due for renewal every 2 years. To keep the certification in date, a one-day refresher training must be completed within 30 days of the expiry of the original certificate.

Lifesaving skills are also perishable skills. The old motto of “use it or lose it” applies to these skills. It is important to keep your skills fresh to continue to be able to provide high-quality care to the injured or ill in the outdoors / wilderness environments
