REC Emergency Care Series

Course Summary

A bespoke one day course specifically designed to give leaders in youth based organisations (scouting, guiding, canoe and mountaineering clubs) the skills to pass on basic first aid training as part of their weekly program

The course will cover the instruction of accident procedure, basic first aid skills and scenarios

Students would be expected to have a good working knowledge of the REC scheme and have attended at least two rec courses and have an in date REC cert at REC 3 / 4 level
