Course Summary

Course Aims

 

 

 

 

  1. To enable the individuals to gain the basic skills to deal with multiple casualties and injuries in emergency situations, whether they are in an outdoors, scouting, work or social environment.

 

  1. To give the students a procedure to follow, thus prioritising the safety and well being of the first aider and bystanders as well as that of the casualty.

 

  1. To enable the team as a whole, to have a better knowledge of emergency first aid, and to improve teamwork and co-ordination when dealing with an emergency situation.

 

  1. To Introduce Candidates to a first aid training scheme which is innovative, practical and fun to learn.
