REC 3 first aid course for outdoor instructors and enthusiasts. The course meets the Canoeing Ireland, Irish Sailing and Mountaineering Ireland first aid requirements.

There is limited places available on this course as it is being run as part of the Outdoor Sport and Recreation Course in Duiske College.
